... questions about my purchase/invoice?
Unfortunately it is not possible. You bought directly from the developer ( Trimble ). All purchases on www.SketchUp.com therefore go beyond us and our resellers and therefore we have no access to your data. We recommend that you contact the party stated on the invoice (Trimble Europe BV) about this. See here or here for more information.
... local support?
Yes, you can take out a separate maintenance contract with many of our resellers. In addition, you can choose not to renew your subscription via sketchup.com, but via a reseller. Please contact our resellers and tell them your expiration date and which email address (Trimble ID) you use to log in to your SketchUp subscription.
I want to take out a subscription through a local party, but my old sketchup.com subscription will continue. How can I stop it in time?
If you no longer wish to renew automatically after 1 year, you must turn off 'automatic renewal' in your Trimble profile in good time. read below how to set it up. Please note, this can only be changed by the account owner!
Auto-renew ensures that the subscription never expires unless you change it yourself. To enable or disable this, start in "plan settings" in the Account Management Portal (Login to www.sketchup.com ).
1. Go to the plan you want to edit and click "Edit Plan Settings".
2. Select "Manage Auto-Renewal".
3. Use the slider to turn it on or off and then click on "Done".
If the auto-renewal is on, the subscription will automatically renew on the end date. If the auto-renewal is turned off, you can still use all products and features in the subscription for the rest of the term. If you do not renew the subscription before the end date has passed, the SketchUp subscription will stop working.
