Who is my point of contact for support and financial issues?

The party you bought SketchUp from is your first point of contact.

How do I know where I bought my SketchUp license?

Please check your Account Management Portal. Log in with your Trimble ID.

As soon as you are logged in, you will see the account selector:

Did you move too fast? Is the pop-up already gone? Not to worry, you can access it again via the drop-down menu at the top left:

  1. Click My Products
  2. Click the pull down menu in the top left
  3. Click your company's account where is says "purchased via". Go to step 5 if you don't see "purchased via".
  4. Read the name of the company next to "Purchased via". This is the company you purchased SketchUp from. For support and financial questions, please contact that company.
  5. Is "Purchased via" not there? Then you have purchased SketchUp from SketchUp.com, and therefore from Trimble. In that case, you will also see two additional menu items: Billing information & Payment History. In that case, contact Trimble for technical support and financial questions.
  6. Do you see only a personal account, no drop-down menu?
Please check that you signed in with the correct e-mail address.
Are you sure you signed in with the right e-mail address, and still only a personal account?
Look up the e-mail with your order information and check in that e-mail who it is you ordered SketchUp from.

I have purchased from Trimble, but I would prefer to purchase locally

In that case, if you are on time, you can request a refund from Trimble and purchase locally instead.

Are you too late for a refund? Then you can turn off auto-renew and purchase SketchUp from a local reseller shortly before the expiry date.
