Error loading file VFS.rb is an error message you may encounter when you have installed a version of V-Ray that does not match the version of SketchUp you have installed, especially on Windows.
If you see this error message, first check which version of Windows you have: in Windows Explorer, go to "Computer", click on it with the right mouse button and choose "Properties". In the window that appears, you can read whether you are running a 64- or 32-bit version of Windows.
SketchUp Version 64bitsIf you have correctly installed SketchUp, this will match the version of SketchUp you have installed. Check this by going to Help > About SketchUp....
In this window you can read which version of SketchUp you have installed; either 64 or 32 bits. The V-Ray version you install must match this.
In the download section of the Chaosgroup website you can choose to download the "x64 build" or the "x32 build". Make sure the version you choose matches the SketchUp version you have installed.
