The trial version of SketchUp lasts 7 days.
The Welcome screen says "Trial expired", but I have a subscription!
You are probably logged in to SketchUp Pro with a different email address (Trimble ID) than the one you used to purchase your Subscription.
Log in with the same email address. If necessary, ask your reseller for the correct e-mail address. A Trimble ID must be linked to this email address.
To check if your email address is already associated with a Trimble ID:
1. Go to https://www.sketchup.com ;
2. Click on Sign In at the top right;
3. Enter the email address you want to verify and click Next. Now 3 things can happen:
A. The password is requested: the Trimble ID exists, is active, and allows you to log in to SketchUp Pro;
B. It says that the account is nearly ready: Click on the link to send the activation email again. Please check your email (including the junk mail folder) and confirm your account. You can now log into SketchUp Pro with this;
C. You are prompted for a Name and Password for the Trimble ID. If no Trimble ID exists yet, follow the steps to create one. You can then use this to log in to SketchUp Pro;
