NB; deactivate your SketchUp Pro license before uninstalling SketchUp Pro.
Read here how to do that for a subscription, and read here how to do that for a classic license.
Windows
1. Exit SketchUp. (If you have more than one instance of SketchUp open, be sure to close all instances of SketchUp.)
2. Click the Start menu (Windows logo) > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features > SketchUp 20##.
3. Select Delete
4. Click Yes when asked if you want to uninstall SketchUp.
5. Go to the (hidden) folder Local Disk (C:)>ProgramData/SketchUp/ and delete the folder SketchUp 20##
6. Go to the (hidden) %AppData%/Roaming/SketchUp folder and delete the SketchUp 20## folder
7. Go to the (hidden) %AppData%/Local/SketchUp folder and delete the SketchUp 20## folder
Note: If you are having problems with SketchUp, you can try the Modify option, which begins the process of reinstalling the program features installed during the last install. This can repair any application files that are corrupted (this will not affect or repair your SketchUp drawing files, or the SKP files). If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling SketchUp.
Mac
1. Exit SketchUp.
2. Open a Finder window and go to the Apps folder (Applications folder).
3. Drag the SketchUp 20## folder into the trash
4. In Finder > Go > Go to Folder... and type '~/Library/Application Support/SketchUp' and delete the SketchUp 20## folder
5. In Finder>Go>Go to Folder... and type '/Library/Application Support and delete the SketchUp 20## folder
Note: If you have problems with SketchUp, you can choose to reinstall it. Make sure SketchUp is closed.
