File Corrupt or Document Cannot Be Opened

Modified on Fri, 7 Nov at 3:34 PM

If you receive this message, something went wrong during a transfer of temporary autosave files, often in combination with a synchronization service like Dropbox, Google Drive, server software, or iCloud. The risk of corruption when directly opening files from such locations increases as the files get larger.

The chance that a file can be completely recovered is also minimal; at best, the components library might be saved. We also cannot do this ourselves because it is a protected file format.
