You can only upgrade to V-Ray 5 for SketchUp from version Next.

No, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to upgrade. You can only purchase a new (rental) license.

Yes, version 5 of V-Ray for SketchUp also works with version Next and version 3.

Can I also render in V-Ray Next for SketchUp with a V-Ray 5 Render Node?

Yes, that's possible. Version 5 of the Render nodes are also compatible with the Next version builds. To render correctly with V-Ray Next for SketchUp, you must install the V-Ray Next Render Nodes.

Can I render nodes with V-Ray Next Render using V-Ray 5 for SketchUp?

No that is not possible. You must first upgrade the Render Node to version 5.

Do I get a discount if I purchase more Render Nodes?

Of course. The graduated discount depends on the number of licenses you purchase:
