Can I install SketchUp Pro without an internet connection?

The installer downloads a number of supporting files while installing SketchUp Pro. You can also install it manually in advance.

This concerns the following files:

• Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x64) - 14.23.27820
• KB2999226 - (Windows 7 Only)
• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2

The SketchUp Pro Classic Network License requires a working internet connection to activate the license. If you really do not have a working connection, for example due to extreme security, please contact your reseller.

Can I start SketchUp Pro without an internet connection?

- You cannot start a network license.

- You can then start a checked-out network license.

Can I continue working in SketchUp Pro if the internet disappears?

Yes, the session can be completed as normal.
