Enscape - white screen (Windows)

Modified on Wed, 16 Aug, 2023 at 1:02 PM

This is an issue with Windows Display settings where the Enscape window gets lost on the Desktop. To fix this, you can try these steps:

- Launch Enscape.

- Go to Windows 10 settings > System > Display > Scale and Layout. In the dropdown menu, change the scale to 100%. If the scale is already set to 100%, change it to 125%, and then back to 100%.

The Enscape window should now be displayed on your screen.

If that fails, please close Enscape, then navigate into the Enscape folder found inside your Windows Documents folder (C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Enscape) and delete the file entitled RendererWindowHost_WinState.json.
