- Signing in normally will not work if you are offline. Go online if you can, but if you must work offline, follow the guide for offline activation.
- We have seen some cases where the sign in button seems to not do anything, especially in combination with a proxy. Follow the steps in step 3.

BUT there are not licenses in the page below, or not the correct ones.
First check to see if you are signed in with the correct email address.
Then go to https://my.chaos.com/licenses
This will show you an overview of all the licenses you can use.
Here you will find licenses you bought, licenses that were assigned to you and floating licenses that were shared with you by the license manager of your organization. You will even find your V-Ray for SketchUp Studio licenses here, if connected correctly.- Are you expecting to find a named user license or floating license that you bought using the e-mail address you are currently signed in with, but it is missing? Contact your reseller.
- Are you expecting to find a named user license that your company or organization bought for you? Contact your organization's license manager person to check the email address it was bought for and whether the license was correctly assigned to you.
- Are you expecting to find a floating license that your organization bought for you? Contact your organization's license manager and inquire if you have been added to the organization as a user, and whether floating license sharing has been enabled.
