It can happen that the SU Podium Browser window does not function properly. This will have to do with a setting in the browser. On Mac the Podium Browser uses Safari and on Windows Internet Explorer. This displays the window in SketchUp Pro, as strange as that may sound.
You can try reloading the browser window by right-clicking on an empty area and selecting Reload. On Windows, press F5.
If this does not help, you can load the browser separately in a browser window using this URL:

If you click on a tile here, it will download a SketchUp file. You can import this into SketchUp Pro, which will give you the same function. A bit more complicated, but at least this will work until a definitive solution is found.
