If you are having trouble with a feature of SketchUp Pro that actually displays a web page of some sort, 9 times out of 10 it has something to do with your system's browser or your Trimble/Google account. Here's how to fix it:
1. There are problems with your browser
That's always Internet Explorer on Windows and Safari on Mac (even if you use a different one as default)
- Update Internet Explorer or Safari to the latest version;
- Make Internet Explorer or Safari your default browser (at least for a while);
- Activate Java on your system;
- Lower the security settings for Internet access on your system;
- Clear the browser cache for Internet Explorer or Safari;
- Clear browser cookies for Internet Explorer or Safari.
2. There are problems with your Trimble / Google account
- Click on the Torso icon at the bottom left of the window and log in or out. Repeat this. This will log you in and out of SketchUp Pro.
