If you have purchased Twinmotion through us / our resellers, you will receive a product key, for example:
AB1C2-3DE4F-GH56I-JK78L
This code can be 'redeemed' on the site of Epic Games (developer Twinmotion). This works as follows:
1. Go to https://www.epicgames.com/account/code-redemption
2. Login to your Epic Account or create one
3. After login you will enter the page REDEEM A CODE:
4. Enter the code in the input field
5. Then click on REDEEM
6. You will see a preview that says:
Click CONFIRM to confirm
7. You will receive a confirmation: 'Access Granted!'
8. Then go to https://www.unrealengine.com/twinmotion/download/com
9. Agree to the Twinmotion EULA
10. Download the Epic Launcher which you can use to download the latest version of Twinmotion.
